I keep getting kicked off of Xbox live while I'm in a game
Could you please specify, this situation occurs when you play a specific game or on every game?

Are you getting any error codes or window messages?
No
Does it just kick you out?
Yes and sometimes it kicks me to the Xbox screen main screen
And have you tried to reset your Xbox?
Yes and it does the same thing all over again reseted the internet too

Can you please check for updates?
Make sure your console is connected to the Internet, then press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Profile & system > Settings . Select System > Updates & downloads > Update console.

There's no update
You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:
- Go to settings on your Xbox
- Select system
- Select storage
- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart
Can you tell if there's anybody else connected to my Xbox
If that was the case you would get a message saying "Sign out elsewhere"
So I don't think that's the issue.
