I keep getting an error code 014.50 when I try to connect to Roku device

it says no wireless connection

Please note, if the Wi-Fi Password is not set correctly, you start seeing the Roku error code 014.50. So, check whether you are entering the correct password or not. In case of a wrong entered password, Roku will find difficulty connecting to the available network.

Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select Advanced system settings.
  4. Select Network connection reset.
  5. Select Reset connection.
