Have cable connect to input 1 port don't have a input 2 port
Lets soft reset your Foxtel device first, disconnect it from an outlet for 1 minute that connect and turn it on
Please let me know what exact screen is shown on a TV after that?
have done that on the tv screen asks if I want to switch to another device
Do you see any Foxtel logo or text? If not switch the HMDI port using your TV remote
