I DELETED ONE CAMERA IN HOPE THAT I CAN SET IT UP UNDER NEW WIFI BUT NOT LUCK MY SECOND CAMERA I AM STUCK IN SET UP. IT SHOULD BE PULLING UP LIST OF SERIAL NUMBERS THAY I CAN SELECT

Please use my instruction to remove your devices:

  • If you have another home, on the app home screen, tap Menu in the top left corner. Then select the home that has the product you'd like to remove.
  • On the app home screen, tap Settings.
  • Tap the product you'd like to remove Scroll down and select Remove [product name].


You'll then be asked to confirm your choice.

I AM IN HOME INFO AND ALL I SEE IS ITS NAME, ADDRESS, AND REMOVE HOME

Now please on the app home screen, tap Add +.
Scan the QR code on the back of your camera. You can also tap Continue without scanning and type the
numbers at the top of the QR code.
The app walks you through setup and installation.
Please tell me how it goes there

FOUND MY WIFI. THERE WAS A PROBLEM CAMERA COULD NOT BE ADDED TO NEST ACCOUNT TRIED TWICE WITH THE SAME RESULTS

please check your router settings. If the connection has worked before, try rebooting your router.

HOW DO I DO THAT

Turn on and off your wi-fi router
Unplug it from the wall for 60 secs
then plug back and try to connect your cameras after that
