You need to report this person through WhatsApp and don't speak to them and don't agree on their terms
Open the chat with the user you wish to report. Tap More options > More > Report. Check the box if you would like to also block the user and delete messages in the chat. Tap REPORT.

That will send a notification to WhatsApp that they should do something about it and they'll take care of it
For now I recommend you block the person:
Open a chat with the contact, then tap More options > More > Block > BLOCK or REPORT AND BLOCK, which will report and block the number
