I have never sold tickets with stub hub, I was notified that my tickets were sold

I do not have the tickets in hand.

Short summary:

  1. Go to the website https://my.stubhub.com/secure/login?ReturnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2F and log into your account if prompted.
  2. Navigate to the 'My tickets' section, then select 'Sales'.
  3. Check both the 'Open' and 'Completed' tabs.
  4. In the 'Open' tab, you need to deliver the tickets to the buyer to complete the sale.
  5. In the 'Completed' tab, the tickets have already been delivered, and you don't need to take any further action.

  2. Go to 'My tickets' and then Sales
  3. Check the 'Open' and 'Completed' tabs
  4. Sales in the 'Open' tab: You need to deliver tickets to the buyer to complete the sale
  5. Sales in the 'Completed' tab: You've already delivered these tickets. You don't need to do anything else.
