I have just put in a new modem & my Netflix is not working on my tv

I have spoken to Optus & they have told me that my wifi is working

I had a modem for fetch tv & I cancelled it & now I have a new modem but no tv & no not Netflix

Can you tell me if you use any kind of streaming device together with your tv e.g. firestick, roku, etc?

Alright, let's try to connect it to your new network
Follow these steps:

  1. Turn on your TV and find the menu button on the remote.
  2. Press the button and head to the “Settings” section.
  3. Choose “Network.”
  4. Select the “Network Configuration” option.
  5. Pick “Wireless” and choose your Wi-Fi network.
    And after you choose it please enter the password and hit the “OK” button on your remote.

yes once I go from settings to network it then says network configuration disconnected
