Changes within 24 hours of completing set up, we find out when local news comes on. we get no other indication that change has happened

Try to perform afactory reset and set up your TV once again, please:

  • Step 1: go to the home screen
Go to the home screen of the TV. You can do this by pressing the home button on your remote. You can recognize this button by the icon that looks like a house
  • Step 2: go to settings
  • Step 3: go to general settings
  • Step 4: find the factory settings
  • Step 5: confirm the reset
Press OK and the television will now reset to the factory settings. The image, sound, and Ambilight will reset to the default values. After this, set up your TV once again and check if the issue still persists
