I have been charged twice for peacock premium+

It might appear that one charge is for Peacock Premium and the second is for Peacock Premium Plus. The two charges may not occur at the same time or at the same frequency (for instance, if you signed up for Peacock Premium Plus at a later date than when you signed up for Peacock Premium).
You can check all these details in your account. On the Plans & Payment tab, under Your Plan, you will see your method of payment.
