I changed my Apple ID and I got an email saying I need to verify I did it

In this case, it should be a scam I suggest you ignore it. To verify this you can try to download any app from AppStore on your phone. If it lets you do this then it was a scam email
Also, I suggest you check what email address you have in your Apple ID account
In order to do this, tap Settings on your iPhone, then tap your name. There you should see the linked email
Got it! Yep there wes no way to "verify" the email. I did go the my APPLE ID and to change password but I did not change it. I just got out of it. I hope I closed the app! I better check that!
