I cannot create a new paramount plus acct

Short summary:

  1. Go to paramountplus.com and click on the "TRY IT FREE*" button.
  2. Choose a subscription plan and click "Continue."
  3. Enter your full name, email address, and password of your choice, then click "Continue" to finish signing up. Note: Your email address and password will be your Paramount+ login.
  4. Enter your payment information and click "Start Paramount+." You will not be charged until your free trial period expires.
  5. Open the Paramount+ app on your TV.
  6. If you are prompted to sign in, enter the email address and password you used to create your account.
  7. If the app doesn't load or shows a blue screen with a white circle, try restarting your TV.
  8. Press and hold the Power button on your Samsung TV for 5 to 8 seconds to restart it.
  9. Once the TV is back on, relaunch the Paramount+ app.
  10. If the issue persists, try signing out and signing back in again.

I signed in on the tv and it went to a blue screen with a white circle in the middle?

To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Then turn it back on and open paramount plus again
