It’s not the Xbox one itself it’s only my Xbox live account I can’t get in to

You can recover your account, even if a hacker has changed the password. First try to reset your password. If you previously connected your account with an additional email address and/or a phone number, they'll send your new password there. You don't need to know the current password to reset it.
