You can try to -reconnect your PS to the internet manually and restart the system
How do I do that
Can you tell me which PS do you have?

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Set Up Internet Connection > Set Up Manually > Use Wi-Fi > Enter Manually. Enter the network's name or Service Set Identifier (SSID), passcode, proxy server, and other information. Select Done to proceed
In case you using a wire connection press "Use Lan" instead of "Use Wi-Fi"
I might need to talk to you another time because my Dad knows the password and addresses

I see that your PlayStation requires an update.
Yes it does
Do you think I need to delete a game to free up space?
What comes when you go to the Firmware Update screen?
Is that in settings?

Let me provide you with further steps.
Thanks

Open your PS5 settings by selecting the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to System.

You will see the update in the Update System Software section. Select this and download the update.

Got it.
Please try the following steps:

Here you will find four options, Choose [Set Up Internet Connection].

If using Wi-Fi – Enter your existing access point password and continue below.
If using LAN – Continue below.
Choose [Custom] on the next screen.
