535 resolved issues

I am trying to make calls from my home telephone but am getting the message "Line in use. A call cannot be made".

Short summary:

  1. Unplug the mains supply from your phone for about 60 seconds.
  2. After 60 seconds, plug the mains supply back into your phone.
  3. Check to see if the issue has been resolved and you are now able to make calls from your home telephone.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Could you please tell me the brand and model of your landline phone?
