Thank you
What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

None . The thing is when we bought the Roku kit, we were just watching free channels

Okay, got it
Is the channel you're trying to add paid?

Customer Replay

I think so because I love football and tennis

I see
If your current plan is free, as you said, but you want to add a paid channel, it will require a paid subscription or a one-time charge

Customer Replay

Maybe a paid subscription will suit me

Okay, noted

  1. Press Home button on Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store
At the top of the Channel Store is a list of featured, new and popular categories to explore. You can enter a keyword in Search Channels to find choices based on the title of a channel. Below that there is a variety of genres to browse.
  3. When you want to learn more about a channel, press OK button on Roku remote on your remote to open the details. In addition to a synopsis and rating, you can preview screenshots of the channel.
  4. If the channel is “paid”, then you can select Buy $X.XX in order to purchase and install the channel.

Okay, keep my updated

Customer Replay

After following all the steps, I am getting to a point were it’s asking for a PIN code and it’s saying it’s invalid

Customer Replay

Can I share with you my login details
