Could you specify, please, what way was suggested?

Customer Replay

I went into settings, apps and could not find Office. they suggested that I do a Office fix.

Tell me, please, have you tried to restart your computer and trying to open Word or Excel again? Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue.

Customer Replay

Not as yet, I'll give it a go and come back to you soon.
