I already have BritBox we switch TVs from a Samsung that we were watching BritBox on to a sharp TV

My husband downloaded the free trial for 999 but we already have BritBox we’re already paying for it so how do we not pay twice?

You have to log in to Britbox with your existing account, the one with a subscription on it.


Also, I would recommend canceling the Trial subscription:

  1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com and open your account (click on your name in the top right)
  2. Click on "Account Details"
  3. Click on the "Subscription" option.
  4. In the "Your Plan" section on the left-hand side, where you'll see your next renewal date.
  5. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
