First of all I have a used television set with someone else's information programmed in it so I can't sign in with the television
To log out of Amazon Prime on a Smart TV, open the Prime Video app, locate "Settings" or "My Account," then find "Sign Out," "De-register," or similar option, and select it to log out of your account.
I got my Prime videos back thank you so much
