How do I get back to regular TV on my Roku

Short summary:

  1. Press the "Home" button on your Roku TV remote to go to the home screen.
  2. Use the arrow keys on your remote to navigate to the "Settings" menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Press the "OK" button on your remote to select the "Settings" menu.
  4. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "TV Inputs" option and press the "OK" button to select it.
  5. Wait for the TV to finish scanning channels.
  6. Once the scanning is complete, you should be back to regular TV programming.

If you want to get out of Roku and back to regular TV, you need to disconnect the Roku device from your TV.

Depending on the TV set, you may need to power off the TV and then use a physical connector to unplug the Roku device.
