Can’t get Paramount or Paramount + using my Fire Stick

I have been able to use the Paramount and Fire Stick for the last 90 days now it will not let me on

Short summary:

  1. On your Fire Stick home screen, use the main menu to search for the Paramount app.
  2. Select the app and check for the "update" option. If it is available, click on "update."
  3. If the app does not update or you are unable to access the app, click on the settings button on your home screen.
  4. Navigate to "Applications" and click on "Appstore."
  5. Click on "Automatic Updates" to turn it ON. Wait for one minute and restart your TV.
  6. Turn your TV back on and check if the app has been updated. If it has not, go back to "Settings" and select "Applications."
  7. Select "Manage Installed Applications" and find the Paramount app.
  8. Check for the "update" option and click on it if it is available.
  9. Once the app has been updated, you should be able to access it and watch your desired channels.

No it just keeps saying I need to Download

Would be really helpful if you could provide me with a photo of what you see.
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.
