Apple devices can't send emails

What Apple device are you using? And what mailbox app do you use?
I use two iPhone and 2 iPads and I use Mail on each
Do you have the same email address on all your devices?
Yes and I can receive mail on all devices

I also have a PC which uses outlook and it can send and receive OK
Could you, please follow the instructions I am going to send you, and let me know if any of the steps are not quite clear?

- Access your iPhone settings.
- Tap on “Mail“ to access your mail settings.
- Tap on “Accounts“.
- Tap on the affected email account.
- Tap on the email account again on the next screen.
- Tap on “SMTP” in the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section.
- Tap on the first field list in the PRIMARY SERVER section (it should say “On” to the right).
- Make sure that the full email address for this account is listed in the “User Name“ field.
- Retype your password in the “Password” field (even if a password is already entered).
- Tap “Done” in the top right corner.
I don't know if there should be a login and password and which one it is.
Please enter your email address and password there in the fields.
I did and it told me it was incorrect

Could you try to log out and log in back to your email account?
When I look at my Outlook setup I believe there is no login and password on the outgoing server
I don't login to and email account
- Launch Settings on iPhone.
- Go to the Mail menu.
- Enable Mobile Data and close the app.
What do you mean by you don't log in?
If I go to webmail I use the login and password i put in.
I have outlook setup on my PC and I simply open Outlook.
or on my iPhone I press Mail.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap the email account that you want to remove.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.

I don't know the icon says mail but when I go in it says outlook. So I suppose it is outlook
