Apple devices can't send emails

Could you, please follow the instructions I am going to send you, and let me know if any of the steps are not quite clear?
I'll be happy to clarify them for you!

  1. Access your iPhone settings.
  2. Tap on “Mail“ to access your mail settings.
  3. Tap on “Accounts“.
  4. Tap on the affected email account.
  5. Tap on the email account again on the next screen.
  6. Tap on “SMTP” in the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section.
  7. Tap on the first field list in the PRIMARY SERVER section (it should say “On” to the right).
  8. Make sure that the full email address for this account is listed in the “User Name“ field.
  9. Retype your password in the “Password” field (even if a password is already entered).
  10. Tap “Done” in the top right corner.

When I look at my Outlook setup I believe there is no login and password on the outgoing server
I don't login to and email account

  • Launch Settings on iPhone.
  • Go to the Mail menu.
  • Enable Mobile Data and close the app.

What do you mean by you don't log in?

If I go to webmail I use the login and password i put in.
I have outlook setup on my PC and I simply open Outlook.
or on my iPhone I press Mail.

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
  • Tap the email account that you want to remove.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Add your account again.
