Please, follow the instructions below:

  1. Please turn on your iq3
  2. Make sure that power light is blue
  3. Please hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds
  4. Wait for the button to go red and then back to blue
  5. And then press the button quickly 3 times

You will see the blue on-screen prompt
This can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes
