The genesis of the problem – why do failures occur?

The most common cause of the malfunction is an accidental system failure. If this is the first time such an incident has occurred, you are likely to be disturbed by an accidental malfunction. It is easy enough to fix it – restart the device and continue downloading your app from Play Market. This will be enough to make sure that at a new start, everything goes fine.

The next popular reason is insufficient memory. If we're talking about the Android system, the downloaded applications are installed on the phone's internal memory. As a result, it quickly becomes cluttered. It is possible to solve the issue by buying additional media so that the applications are installed on the memory card. However, to begin with, they still need to be downloaded to the internal volume, after which they can be transferred to the memory card.

Tip: If the internal memory is full, before installing the device of interest it is necessary to prepare the necessary space for the installation by removing other programs. Also, note that not all applications can be transferred.

Algorithm for transferring applications to the microSD card

  • Go to Settings and, look through all downloaded programs, and delete all the programs that you do not use. It is recommended to leave useful programs that take up little space (Flash Player, Viber, for example);
  • Transfer all files from the internal memory to the microSD;
  • Download and run the memory garbage removal program. It will eliminate temporary files that are left in memory after applications have been deleted or are not in use. This procedure will free up quite a lot of memory.

Potential reasons that may prevent your apps from downloading

Applications are not installed on Android
  • Downloading the program via 3G – low speed makes the process very slow, and the download may be interrupted. Connect to a Wi-Fi source and try to restart the process.
  • Downloading an unlicensed application – if your phone has a security system, antivirus, for example, and it detects a questionable source, the download will be terminated. Be careful with sources from the Internet, use Play Market.
  • Access to a particular application may be restricted in the country where it is located.
  • Error 927 – typical for apk files.

How to solve the problem?

An effective way to address the issue is to do the following:

  1. Go to the Applications folder, select the "Play Market" section, select the "Delete data and updates" option;
  2. Then go back to the main section and perform a similar procedure with the data from Google.
  3. Go to Accounts and uncheck all available items.
  4. Then reboot the smartphone.
  5. Go back into the Play Store, Google, and Accounts boxes, return to their original appearance, and check the checkboxes in place.
  6. Use reboot again.
  7. Now the system should function normally again.

Other options

An alternative way is to create a new Google account. To do this, select the "Add" button in the menu. Go to the created page and try to download any application. If the process is successful, you can return to the old account – the problem should go away.

The solution can also be the deletion of the old Google account. The process is similar to the first method – you need to clear the data in Google, Play Market, and cache. Reboot the smartphone, go to the Play Market, and register a new account. Now the applications are ready to install.

The fastest way to restore normal program downloading is to reset the settings and return to the factory defaults.

Problems with the installation may arise for residents of some countries Many applications will be unavailable by location. VPN will help to solve the issue. It changes the actual location, allowing you to download the files of interest.

Another reason programs are not available for download is because of a backlog of updates. Go to Market, select the settings column, and go to My Apps. There you will see a list of installed programs that need to be updated.

There can be quite a few of them, even if you have selected the automatic update option. This is because many programs require personal permission to install. For the playlist to work properly, you need to install updates or remove these applications altogether.
