It is a ball…half grey and half blue grey
looks like an echo dot.
I mean were you trying to listen to the music from Spotify or any other app?
Yes we were listening to the music on Echo? Screaming and then it stops

Have you tried resetting your Echo?
And reconnect to wi-fi hot spot?
Yes…..I have replugged the Echo and it works at a different location. It works now, Thank you
