Successfully downloaded Stan but cannot get voice on Panasonic tv

Got it, is the app installed on your Smart TV, or Telstra Box
Or do you use the Cast option?

Can you please send me a photo of your TV screen when Stan is opened?
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have an option to take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Thanks, to make sure please also open the "Captions" icon, and under "Audio" select "English stereo" instead of "English Dolby Digital Plus"

On your Telstra please open "Options" -> and then "Audio"

Change Audio Mode to - Auto, do you see an option to "Auto" or to enable all audio formats?

Okay, let's switch it to Stereo
And also make sure that "Night Listening Mode" is - Off

If you don't see it, no problem, means that your software version doesn't have that option
We can now try to open Stan app and play any content

Please turn it off, and after that remove from an outlet for a 3 minutes
