What troubleshooting have you done so far?
Spoke to Sky who sadly it is problem with TV not their products
What kind is problem occurs when you switch it on, *****?
Have difficulty switching on. Usually takes about 20 minutes

Are you able to inspect your TV and from it's back and check the vents?
I’ll try but don’t know what I should be looking for
I mean to check the fans of your TV
It may be clogged by dust particles

TV not dusty at the back and do you mean see the screws? There are at least 7
You can try to unscrew them and clean it from the dust

Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.

yes has come on straight away with Panasonic remote, but not with Sky remote
Has is it switched on properply using your Panasonic remote?
yes we’ve got to the programmes
