Our audio has gone out on our Samsung tv

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
May I ask you if you have a mute button on the remote, please?

Customer Replay

Yes

Please, turn on your Samsung TV if you have done it yet, and after that press the button once, and check the sound, please.

If it does not work for you press it one more time and check the sound again, it may be that your TV sound got a bug.

Customer Replay

nothing happened except an icon that looks like two microphones parallel to each other

Okay, press the button one more time and add sound, please.

By adding sound do you mean increase the volume. Again nothing happened

Please, check the audio cable connecting your TV to the sound system, if you're using one, and ensure it's securely plugged in.
Its connector may look like a 3,5 jack for wire headphones.

I have no sound system other than what is included in the tv
