Need to change password on both xfinity/comcast for desktop and my iphone

Please clarify what error you get when you try to log in Xfinity?

I've been on this for a few hours now, I've created new passwords numerous times and it says the phone option is not available, and the email attached to this for some unknown reason is a JS password which ***** husband has never used

Please tell me, on what device did you try to change your password?

Sure.

  1. Go to xfinity.com/password.
  2. Enter your Xfinity ID and click Continue.
  3. Complete the security check by typing the moving letters in the box.
    Click Continue.
  4. Select the way you want to recover your password and click Continue. If you only have one recovery option available to you, you won't see a list.

Perhaps you have exceeded the number of attempts to reset your password, let me have a minute and I will send you a phone number where you can contact to request to send you a link to reset your password
