Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Is there a chance that you have 2 Roku accounts?

Not that I'm aware ofYou are using a Roku stick on that TV?

You are using a Roku stick on that TV?

Customer Replay

No it came with Roku installed

Could you tell me the brand and model of your TV?

Customer Replay

If you do not know the exact model of your device then, please, try to look for product sticker at the back of your TV.

a model number 32 h 40 33-0 F1

What we can really try to do now is to unlink your Tv from your Roku account and after that try to log into it back.
To unlink a device:

  1. Visit my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone
  2. Sign in if prompted
  3. Scroll down and locate the device under My linked devices
  4. Select Unlink and confirm
There must be a few devices if you have 2 TV.
Choose the one which you need to unlink.
Customer Replay

Why don't see where it says the unlink but I did see where shows one TV I'm sorry I lied I do find you on link and then enable guest mode shows so it only shows one TV

Do you mean you unlink the second one?

Customer Replay

So I use my phone to operate that second TV and it shows to be ***** TV but it doesn't show on the computer next to the living room TV so now what do I do

Have you unlinked that TV which has always asked for a Roku pin?

Customer Replay

I did nothing of the such

Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.
After that please try to get back to that step where it asks for the pin and let me know if it still asking for it.

Customer Replay

Will do
Okay unplug the TV held the power button down for 45 seconds after a minute and a half I plug the TV back in then turned it on went to add Paramount Plus asked me for the pin and it tells me the pins invalid so I'm right back where I was so which gun do I get out to shoot this silly thing haha
I just tried to add the Epic Channel same results but they're on the front TV

Ok, let's get back to these steps that we tried before, please follow them and unlink that device in the list.

  1. Go to my.roku.com.
  2. Log in with your Roku account.
  3. Find the device you want to unlink the account from under My linked devices.
  4. Select Unlink and accept the prompt.
Customer Replay

This TV is not listed on the links

banner 9

But you see your second TV there, yes?

Customer Replay

Not on the computer but I do on my phone app

Ok, if you see your second Tv in the unlink device list that probably means that you have settled up a second Roku account on your second TV.

Customer Replay

The second TV is not I repeat not listed on the computer

If you don't see your second Tv on the unlink list you probably have a 2 Roku account, and you logged in to a different one on your TV.

Customer Replay

Unless by logging opening up the Roku app to control this TV cause the second account I'm going to say no

What we will need to do right now is to factory reset your TV, log out from your account on TV, and after that, we will need to log back into it.
To factory reset your Roku:

  1. Press Home on the remote.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Then, move to System > Advanced system settings.
  4. Choose Factory Reset.
  5. Enter the code that appears on the screen.
  6. Confirm the code to initiate the reset.
