My outdooor ring camera is shown on devices,but is labeled disabled now I can see it on Echo show

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

To enable Home Monitoring, go to Settings > Camera > Home Monitoring.

Please visit the Ring app Main Menu > Devices > Select your Device you want to change > Device Settings > General Settings > Device Name to change the name of that exact device.

Got it! On your Echo Show device please go to Settings > Camera > Home Monitoring.
Make sure it is turned on.

Mic is turned off and other buttons seem to me for loudness

On your Echo Show device swipe down the top and select settings in the top-right corner.

Only one picture at a time from memory sometimes picture has grayed out areas on left and right.

Got it. I know you have already tried it but do it please one more time. Unplug your Echo Show for one minute and plug it back in after that time will pass.

Please follow the steps:

  1. Open the Alexa app and tap the Devices icon at the bottom right corner.
  2. Tap All Devices at the top.
  3. Tap Video Doorbell.
  4. Tap Doorbell Press Announcements to enable the feature.
  5. Tap Enable to Use.

Can't do that Devices is next to more which is at far right corner. when devices is tapped screen shows among other things, a horizontal pictorial of Echo & Alsexa and others includingall Devices. No Video Doorbell

When Porch is tapped a screen appears.and at the bottom is a on-off setting when on is tapped Enabled appears. I think that was it
