I signed up for Paramount + 2 days ago and can watch it on my computer but not on my TV

Yes, that is my problem. When I try to watch it I keep getting the message about how I can watch it. It says I need to buy it.

I don't know what you mean. I went to Amazon prime and then to Paramount+. That's when I start having problems

It is a SONY smart TV. I don't know if that is considered an Android or not.

Yes, I get to it through Amazon Prime.

You need to download Paramount+ on your TV separately.

Where do I go to get that. Originally, I tried to find it where it says to add an app but it wasn't there. Is there somewhere else to find it?

Please, follow this way:

  1. Click here https://thestreamable.com/uk/video-streaming/paramount-plus/buy to
    sign up for Paramount Plus.
  2. Once you’ve signed up, go to the Home Screen on your Sony Smart TV.
  3. Launch the app store and search for “Paramount Plus” on your Sony Smart TV. Alternatively, Click here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cbs.ott&PAffiliateID=1100ldh7z to install the app.
  4. Select “Download” to install the app.
  5. Once installed, log in using your Paramount Plus credentials.
  6. You can now stream Paramount Plus on Sony Smart TV.

I signed up for Paramount+ 2 days ago so I assume that I can skip step 1. The other steps will take some time.

The one thing I don't get is "Launch the app store". There is a Goggle something or other - maybe that's it?

Google Play, could try to find it?

I did find the app and installed it but then it wanted me to sign up but I already signed up before. Anyway, I started to fill out the form anyway but when it got to the birthdate I could not enter it. The month was stuck on Jan and I couldn't move it.

You need to log in.
Could you close the app and open it again to log in?

Please, follow this way:

  1. Launch the Paramount+ app, then select Sign In.
  2. Select On my TV.
  3. Enter the email address and password you used when subscribing to Paramount+ and select Sign In.

Success. The sign in screen did not show up until I canceled out a couple of times. But everything is okay now. Thanks so much.
