I plug my Xbox hdmi chord into hdmi one, and I’ve tried everything to fix this but it’s so blurry and I don’t know why it’s so blurry

And also i go to input picture setting and I choose 1.4 as my hdmi mode, and it will work for a second and then my screen will go black and come back on and it’s blurry again
Please, follow this instruction:
The possible reason is different screen resolution.
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
- Under Display, select the appropriate screen resolution for your TV or monitor.
