And also i go to input picture setting and I choose 1.4 as my hdmi mode, and it will work for a second and then my screen will go black and come back on and it’s blurry again

The possible reason is different screen resolution.
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
3. Under Display, select the appropriate screen resolution for your TV or monitor.
