Does it look like this?
No
*****, I need more info about your door camera to be able to help you.
It's all black with the blue light around it
Is this it?
The difference is the here is black
But is it the same overall?
Yes
Like this?
That's it
Got it, thanks.
Can you please tell me when the problem first occurred?
I've been here a month all month
First, click the doorbell button a few times to ensure that it is working normally and doesn’t have any hardware problem with the button that can trigger false alerts and makes your doorbell ring on its own.
We did
You will need to reset the doorbell as well to fix any software errors or loops that might be causing you to have an issue with your doorbell.
So, you will just need to click on the Reset button and keep it pressed for a long time.
Once you have reset your doorbell to default settings, you are going to need to set it up again.
Make sure that the setup goes without any disruptions and that you get it worked up properly without facing the issue again on your doorbell.
And when someone comes over it doesn't ring
Got it. Please, reset the doorbell.
How would we set to the phone
Do you have the Ring app on your phone?
No cause I didn't know never had one before
You asked me how to connect your Ring doorbell to your phone, correct?
Yes
Please, go to this page on your phone to install the Ring app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ringapp
Thank you and happy holidays
You're welcome!
Is there anything else I can do for you today?
