I have a roku device and I have live tv channels but now all the channels I watch I can't watch because when I go to that channels it is only black screen

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

  4. Select Advanced system settings.
  5. Select Factory reset.

Let’s check if the input source is set correctly:

  1. Turn on your TV
  2. Press the Source or Input button on your remote control
  3. Select the desired input mode
    Most cable boxes connect to the TV via HDMI 1 or HDMI 2. Do not connect the set-top box or cable box to HDMI ARC since this port only works with audio devices such as sound bars or home theatre systems.

Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.

Still nothing. When I was resetting my roku when it came to what country I put usa not canada Because the was a few channels I was subscribed to that I didn't want to lose so will that affect my channels

Let’s do the following to reset your cable box:

  1. Unplug your cable box from the wall
  2. Wait for at least 60 seconds
  3. Plug the cable box back into the wall outlet
  4. Turn on the cable box and check your TV to confirm if there’s a signal.

If Live TV is missing, you can add it by going to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input.
