I cannot get tv channels on my new tcl tv i can get utube and netflix but cannot get my foxtel or tv channels

it was all set up and woking yesterday . i closed it down to go to sleep when i opened up this morning i could not connect to any tv ch annels and foxtel i reset the tv to the manifacturing settings and done a reboot but i am lost as to wh at settings i have done wrong

i have not got a foxtel app do i need one
