I already bought a 2 Ring camera Why am I being asked to pay twice?

I installed a Ring doorbell and motion camera years ago and have been paying for history recording ever since. I just installed two interior Ring cameras and I received an Email that I need to pay for these new cameras. Why am I being asked to pay twice?

Short summary:

  1. Log in to your Ring account by visiting this link --> https://ring.com/users/sign_in
  2. Check your subscription status by going to the Account > Billing History.
  3. If you want to upgrade to the Ring Protect Plus plan, go to this link --> https://ring.com/protect-plans.
  4. Once you've selected the Protect Plan, click on "Upgrade your Plan".

Enter your email address linked to your Ring account
From the Dashboard, go to Account > Billing History.
Your billing history will appear on the webpage.

I want to continue storing my data; however, the email leads me to believe the 2 new cameras will not not be recorded in two days, once the free trail ends.

They are titled Protect Basic "Front" "Front Door" and the new ones, Protect Trial "Living Room" "Mobile Camera"

As Ring services inform, Each of the cameras has a plan.
You can add them in one plan - Protect Plus plan.
