How do i rescan the IQ box to pick up all the free to air channels

sorry no idea. i was just sent an IQ box

no... there were very little instructions that came with the new box. that is why i am asking

Do you see the gear in the upper left corner of the home screen?

sorry, i went back and had a look at the email that was sent a few weeks ago and it says it is a IQ5 box...does that mean anything to you>

Click on it, then select Begin Scan.
The iQ5 will perform a scan for free-to-air signals, which may take up to two minutes to complete.

the screen has 2 options now...but it does say the 27 local channels have been added. Can i close it now?

There should have been a button at the bottom left that would have indicated closing
