1. It may take a few moments for the door lock mechanism to disengage.
2. Make sure the door lock light is off. This light turns off after the washer has drained.
3. If the washer is paused after the water is supplied, the door cannot be opened until one minute has passed.

Try to push on the door from the side of the lock.

The door may get locked if the water level is too high, if the water temperature is too hot or if there was a brief power outage.
Firstly, let machine sit for a while in case the water inside is too hot. This will let the water cool down and door will be unlocked.
If door is not unlocked then please disconnect the washer from the power outlet and wait for 5 minutes to let it reset.
If power reset didn’t help then please try to run drain cycle.
