I would recommend to check out Malwarebytes, TotalAV, Bitdefender and Avira
Although these are one of the best antiviruses, if you think you have a virus on your device it is best to contact your local tech service and run a check on your device to be sure

To update a Chromebook you don't need any apps. You can do it by following these steps:

At the bottom right, select the time and then Settings .
At the bottom left, select About ChromeOS.
Under "Google ChromeOS," find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
Select Check for updates.
If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
