I've turned the scanner on and off several times and I've restarted my computer several times.

I just unplugged the power cord and re-plugged it and that no effect. It still doesn't work.

Is your scanner connected to the pc with USB or WI-FI?

Can I ask you to check the USB cable connection between them to make sure it is secure.
It was unplugged.
