Can you send me a list of error message codes please?
Error code E04 means that the FINE cartridge in your printer is not installed correctly
Also it could mean a paper jam

Thanks. I have printed off the list of error codes. The printer actually belongs to an elderly friend at another address so I will need to check the ink settings as the cartridges are installed correctly. I will come back to you if I need to. Thank you.
