I don't have sound on my ASUS ZenBook

yes, I did many times, and if I press in the setting 'start troubleshoot, it's says that they can't find any

Also, the sound doesn`t appear whether you are using headphones or regular speaker?

I haven't tried to connect to any, I will try to connect to headphones

  1. Kindly, right-click the speaker icon in the Windows taskbar and choose Sounds to enter the audio preferences.
  2. Select the Playback tab, then find the device you want to use.
  3. If you don’t see it, try right-clicking and checking Show Disabled Devices.

Here are the first three steps:

  1. In your Search bar type "Device manager", then go ahead and left-click on it.
  2. Look for 'Audio Input and Output'
  3. Select 'Speakers' and right-click on that.
    Once you fulfill these steps, please, let me know.
