What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I’ve done a lot. I had to run check disk a couple of times. One of my drivers wasn’t working properly so I had to reinstall my video driver. I’ve had to reboot a few times and try and repair the game. Now that I repaired it I tried putting some files back in my game and my computer screen glitched and now it won’t connect
Could you please try to restart your computer?
Okay it’s restarting and both my DisplayPort and hdmi is inactive
Please try reconnecting all the cables to your monitor.
Just reconnected. Same error message

but now it’s connected and super glitchy still

Yes there’s picture. I assembled this computer myself, maybe I did something wrong
Did you try connecting the monitor to another device?
No, but after I updated the driver and rebooted it a few times this has happened. Could it be a short in my hdmi cable?
It could, this is why I recommend you check the monitor with another device.

The display Port is much better than HDMI, so you should leave the monitor connected to this cable, Amber.
