Let's try this instruction first
Step 1: This problem is usually resolved by cleaning the ADF glass and the ADF pressure bar located on the underside of the document cover.
Step 2: You need to lift the document cover to clean.
Step 3: Then you need to clean the following areas on the flatbed with a lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol
