I had several windows open and my screen froze. I pressed control alt delete. Everything went black and now I am getting the no bootable device message

Please follow these instructions

  1. Hold the power button for 5 seconds to power off the device.
  2. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key
  3. Press F9 and then ENTER to load the default configuration. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.
