I had several windows open and my screen froze. I pressed control alt delete. Everything went black and now I am getting the no bootable device message

Please follow these instructions
- Hold the power button for 5 seconds to power off the device.
- Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key
- Press F9 and then ENTER to load the default configuration. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.
