My printer HP Officejet 6500A Plus wont print

What else troubleshooting have you done with HP Officejet 6500A so far?
This happened last time I tried to use my printer which was a couple of weeks ago and this time it printed but wont print what I ant now.

To install HP Smart please do the following:
Download the HP Smart app from theMicrosoft Store connection before downloading

If you are setting up HP Smart for the first time, you must create or sign in to an HP account to access all printer functions.
Nothing happens. The icon just goes round and round. This also happens when I try HP app on my computer.

After that please try to Install HP Smart one more time using the instruction I send you above.
That has worked. My printer has spat out several old copies but I finally have the one I want. I will try some others and hopefully they will work. Thank you.
