Are you using this computer at the moment?

What do you see on the screen when turning it on?

Customer Replay

then it frezes

I understand.

Do you have the Windows installer flash drive?

Customer Replay

no. i but i cam make one

Can you please do that?

Customer Replay

could it be my graphics card that is not working?

Actually, It could.
But I think the issue is in the system files.

Customer Replay

it would be wierd because i just bought it. so that woukd realy suck.
i find it wierd that the light on the grapghics card does not go off when the computer automaticly restart.

I'm sure that reinstalling Windows will fix the issue.
Have you tried removing the graphics card?
And then insert it back.

Customer Replay

no, i dont have another graphics card
is it possible to run a computer without graphics card?

No, no. You need to insert the same one.
You can run a computer without a graphics card, if you have HDMI or DVI input on your motherboard and your CPU has a Graphics core.

Customer Replay

i will try that

Please, keep me updated.

Customer Replay

so now it works

Did you boot the system?

Customer Replay

yes

Okay, good. At least we know the main issue.
I'd recommend taking your Graphics card to the repair.

Customer Replay

okey. it seems to just be the graphics card.

Yes, most likely.

Customer Replay

but do you know what could have happened? because it worked just fine before i deleted those windows files.
then after i had a lot of trouble getting it to boot. it showed a lot of errors saying corrupt files and stuff.

There can be a lot of reasons for this problem. The problem might be because of faulty drivers or incorrect BIOS settings or hardware issues or GPU slot issues.

Customer Replay

now i got a new error i have not seen befor
system thread eexception not handled
i tried uppdating graphics card driver.

This is a common Windows 10 error that occurs mainly due to an outdated or incompatible driver

Customer Replay

incompatible driver. so it wont install graphics driver cause my graphics card is not working?
or do i have outdated driver perhaps

Did you insert the Graphics card into the computer before installing it?

Customer Replay

yes
would that cause issues?

Customer Replay

i did take the graphics card out of the motherboard and insertet it again.

Customer Replay

so maybe that was it

Are you able to boot the system?

Customer Replay

yes. but it wont download the graphics driver.
