Follow these steps: Press Ctrl + PrtScn keys. The entire screen changes to gray including the open menu. Select Mode, or in earlier versions of Windows, select the arrow next to the New button. Select the kind of snip you want, and then select the area of the screen capture that you want to capture.

Customer Replay

dropbox comes up then it tells me not enough storeage space

When you try to save the screenshot?

Customer Replay

yes

So apparently it really is the problem when downloading the game as well
Low storage

Customer Replay

under windows capacity is 237.69 GB and % Free is 0
Free Space is 0mb
does this help you

Yeah, I understand. There's not enough space for the game

Customer Replay

so what do i do

You can clear disk space and increase storage on your PC
But still that's what should be done
Uninstalling unnecessary apps and programs will help

Customer Replay

how do i do this

First you need to decide which apps and programs you can delete if you're not using them actively
To uninstall, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Start” button from your desktop.
  2. Select “Apps.”
  3. Then select “Apps and Features.”
  4. Sort by size to see which programs are eating up the most space.
  5. Get rid of any you don’t use by selecting the program and clicking “Uninstall.”
Customer Replay

i don't have an APPS
it list a bunch of apps

So can you see it?

Customer Replay

found i t

Good, keep going

Customer Replay

i don't really know what i should be deleting

Something that your son isn't using or doesn't need that much
You should ask him

Customer Replay

honestly he has no clue either

Okay, I see

Customer Replay

microsoft visual c+ do you know what this s

It's a code compiler for the C programming language family

Customer Replay

do i delete this

You shouldn't
Because doing so could make multiple applications on your computer stop working.

Customer Replay

well then this is not helping sorry
i don't know what to delete
i deleted somethings and still won't download

Basically, what you need to do is go through the entire app list and google what they are if you don't know and then delete if they're not needed
If the game is heavy it might take a few apps being deleted

Customer Replay

i have a removable hard drive

Good, you can connect it to the PC and download the game there
*****, is there anything else I can do for you today?
