I went into the link, press download, open the file and appear a plank black screen

When i open the file, it says Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Then i click "yes" and then appear a blank black sheet with the word " success".....

I can't see any scan button on the printer but it says on the printer packing box, Print, Copy, Scan

You may scan with your printer with canon mobile app
Or You may go to Windows Settings >Devices >Printers >Choose you Pixma TS3465 >Click manage >Choose Pixma TS3465 scanner >Open scanner
There should appear a window with scanning settings

Is there a button on the printer to press for scanner?

I checked it, and there are no button, you should use Canon app for phone or Windows apps
