Having problems cleaning the print head

Please try to follow these steps:
Make sure there are no errors on the LCD screen and the output tray is extended.
Load a few sheets of plain paper in the product.
Press the home button, if necessary.
Select Maintenance and press the OK button.

Good. Now Select Head Cleaning and press the OK button.
Then Press the start button to clean the print head.

Ok, now Select Nozzle Check, press the OK button, and press the start button to run a nozzle check and confirm that the print head is clean.

The Yellow and Cyan are ok but the Red is missing. I have ink in all tanks and I have done this entire process several times. The first time I did it the Yellow and Cyan were broken up but the red was fine.

Ok, so now the red lines are missing
*****, we will need to run a Power Cleaning in this case. Make sure each ink tank is at least one-third full before running a Power Cleaning, or it may damage the product.
Does your printer has enough ink so we could try these steps?

Good, let's start then
Turn off the product.
Visually check the ink levels and make sure each ink tank is at least one-third full.
Next: Press and hold the power button and the help button at the same time until you see the Power Cleaning screen.
Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to run the Power Cleaning.
When the Power Cleaning is finished, run a nozzle check.
